Producer/ Director Paula Randol-Smith returns with a shocking sequel, FORECAST. FORECAST will be using never-before-seen 1997 footage of Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund, the late plasma physicist and inventor of HAARP as well as from such notable scientists and science writers as Professor Adam Trombly (Thrive), and Dr. Nick Begich Jr., revealing the evidence that our climate change is not only from the sun and space weather or CO2 and carbon emissions but that the weather has been and is being modified with a combination of multiple heating technologies all over the planet, which is destabilizing our earth’s atmosphere.
